Return, Refund & Substitution
Hoover-Fisher Florist stands behind every flower bouquet that our team designs and delivers. Every floral design is backed by our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have designed and delivered, simply contact our flower shop in Kensington. We will design another bouquet, of equal or greater value and deliver it free of charge.
Flowers are perisable products. We don’t require our customers send back arrangements they aren’t happy with. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we designed and delivered for you, we will replace that bouquet. That new flower rrangement will be designed and delivered on the day you select, free of charge.
Fresh flowers are a perishable product. We purchase many of the flowers we sell direct from flower farms. Some of the floral varieties we utilize in our designs are seasonal. At times, we may be unexpectedly unable to source floral varieties that we have featured on our website. In those rare cases, we reserve the right to substitute alternative blooms of equal or greater value, for the blooms in the bouquet you selected. This is a pretty rare occurence, but it sometimes is necessary.
The vast majority of our customers love the bouquets that we create. The floral artisans at Hoover-Fisher Florist create some pretty amazing and beautiful bouquets. In the rare event that the bouquet we send out, or the replacement bouquet we cannot do not leave you 100% satisfied, we will refund your purchase.
